• We don’t exchange products, and we request that buyers triple-check their orders before placing them.
  • We accept returns only if the object delivered is broken / damaged. We require an unboxing video before accepting a return request.
  • Once the product is returned to us, we will check whether it is eligible for a return and refund.
  • Products on sale cannot be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • If a return request is accepted, you are requested to ship the product back to us within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned shipment is received.
